Even my wife says I'm a nice guy .... and I sure don't want to offend you or anyone else. But at the same time I'm also one of a rare breed - a direct seller and Internet marketing expert who won't blow B.S. at you or anyone else just to make a buck.

And I won't waste time (mine or yours!) spinning fairy tales and dreams just to get your attention.

So, if you're looking for cheap thrills and cheaper promises, glitzy pictures of palm tree vacations and million dollar yachts - bikini clad women spilling champagne on a Lexus in front of a 30 room mansion - you should click to one of those sites right now. There are plenty of them out there, and I wish you well.

Also, if you need to earn $20,000 by next Thursday .... I cannot help you do that. No real Internet marketing expert will ever claim that he can.

In short, the Internet is a marketplace .... not a lottery!

And regardless of what you might read or hear elsewhere, you cannot make money on the Internet by sitting on your butt doing nothing.

If you meet up with anyone who says you can, I strongly suggest you avoid that person like you would a flu virus in a truck stop restroom. Most likely, they also have some swampland for sale.

Sure - Lots of People DO Make Money on the Internet.

Some people really do make $100,000 or more in just a few days!

And many of those people will want to sell you their "magic formula" - implying that you can run right out and immediately "duplicate" their mega-dollar success.

But there is always a big part of the story they don't tell you.

Before They Could Earn Their $100,000 in 7 Days ....

they had a massive advertising budget to start with - and a precisely targeted marketing campaign already laid out and ready to roll.

or they had already invested months or years of time and energy in learning Internet marketing skills and developing the kind of high-powered contacts required to pull off big joint venture deals.

or all of the above.

Yes - there are a rare few beginners that just get dumb blasted lucky! But a few people win the Oklahoma Lottery every year too. What are the odds?

So, even for an Internet marketing expert like myself, the Internet itself is not some kind of magic money machine!

Just as with any legitimate business, there is work involved.

The Internet is just a marketplace - much like the Mall or Main Street in your hometown. The only things different are the technology .... the methods of marketing, sale, and delivery.

I'm sorry if that pops your bubble, but I'm not in the business of telling lies or even half-truths.

However - I Do Have Some GOOD News ....

But only if you're serious - only if you're willing to make a committment and take some action.

(No - I'm not setting you up to buy anything! Put your credit card away and keep reading.)

Compared to starting a business on a street in your home town, starting a business on the Internet is much quicker, and much more affordable for the average person.

Something to sell (products and/or services) that people want to buy

A registered domain name and a small business hosting solution.

a website (your own customized internet storefront - not somebody's clone!)

Methods to attract customers to your website (marketing and advertising)

You can learn the mechanics and technology as you go along - on a "need-to-know" basis.

Just remember - the only way to eat an elephant is "one bite at a time."

And right now - you need to learn about marketing.
